Yes, all our porcelain plates and ceramic products are entirely handmade and produced with care. 3D products are produced using a 3D printer.

Our standard products are shipped within 3 business days. However, since the production process for custom-designed and ceramic products varies depending on the design, the shipping time may take up to an average of 7 business days.

Since our products are handmade ceramic/tile or 3D, produced to order and customized for each customer, standard returns or cancellation rights do not apply. If you notice any dents, tears, or damage to the box during delivery, you must have the delivery person prepare a damage report . Even if the box is intact, recording the opening process on video due to the fragility of the product will help us resolve any potential problems quickly. You can contact us regarding manufacturing defects or properly documented shipping damages.

Although we carefully package our products, damage during shipping can rarely occur. We urge you to check the package upon delivery and, if you notice any breakage or damage , have the delivery person prepare a damage report . After contacting us and sharing photos of the damaged product, we can immediately initiate the process of sending a new product or exchanging it.

The preparation time for custom orders varies depending on the design details and the production stages of the ceramic or tile products (for example, some products may take up to 15 days to prepare). Therefore, we kindly request that you contact us regarding production and shipping status before placing a custom order.

Shipping is free for orders of 2000 TL and above. For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of 199 TL will be added to your cart at the checkout.
