Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Order Preparation Time
Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (this period may extend to 7-14 business days for custom-made or personalized products) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipments: Packages sent via our contracted courier companies usually arrive at your address within 2-4 business days after being handed over to the courier.
Shipping Fee: Shipping is free for orders over 2000 TL. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be shown separately on the payment screen.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.
4. Damaged and Incomplete Delivery
It is important to check your package in the presence of the delivery person when it arrives at your door. If you notice any obvious damage such as crushing, tearing, or wetting, please have the delivery person fill out a Damage Report and contact us.
