1. 3D Designed Products (Food and Water Stands):
Made from durable PETG filament and a stainless steel casing.
The stainless steel bowls are dishwasher safe. To ensure the 3D body lasts longer, please hand wash it with lukewarm water and a soft sponge (do not expose to high heat).
Steel bowl sizes = Feeding stands are made in Shallow/Small/Medium/Large sizes, and the dimensions of the steel bowls inside are as follows.
Shallow= 155mmx25mm Small= 142mmx48mm Medium= 160mmx53mm Large= 198mmx63mm
2. Amigurumi Knitted Pet Toys:
It is knitted with special yarns that are a 60% cotton, 40% polyester blend to increase durability, and is filled with bead fiber and sound/squeak mechanisms.
It can be washed by hand or on the delicate cycle of a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius.
3. Dreamcatchers (Wall Decoration/Decoration):
It is handcrafted using various cotton and polyester threads and natural beads.
It should only be cleaned by dry dusting or gently wiping with a slightly damp cloth; do not wash it.
4. Handmade Ceramic Products:
This is a special, handmade ceramic item, completely food-safe. Hand washing is recommended.
Return policy
Cancellation and Refund Terms
Because our products are handmade, custom-made, or produced to order , they cannot be returned or exchanged according to distance selling contracts. Once your order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellation is not possible.
In Case of Shipping Damage or Defective Product: Please check the package carefully when it is delivered to you by the courier. If you notice any crushing, tearing, or damage to the package or product caused by the shipping process;
Definitely have the delivery person fill out a Damage Assessment Report .
