Return Conditions

Since our products are handmade ceramic/tile or 3D, produced to order and customized for each customer, standard returns or cancellation rights do not apply. If you notice any dents, tears, or damage to the box during delivery, you must have the delivery person prepare a damage report. Even if the box is intact, recording the opening process on video due to the fragility of the product will help us resolve any potential issues quickly. You can contact us regarding manufacturing defects or properly documented shipping damages.
